Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pateints who are admitted in medical ICUs and wards having bacterial infections of blood, urinary tract,respiratory tract or skin and soft tissues and were started with empirical antibiotics with culture positive micribiology reports.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: less than 18 yrs and pregnant females are excluded
