Intervention1: Breaking of Prolonged Sitting at Work: The participants will be asked to break their sitting every hour with the help of Take a Walk mobile appliction. the will be asked to take a walk

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all the participants should be willing for the lancing procedure involved in fasting glucose test( both pre and post intervention period). the participants in experimental group should also be willing for 12 week intervention routine of physical activity at pre set timings during their working hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: persons unable to do physical activit due to various health conditions like osteoarthritis and musculoskeletal injuries, differently abled persons and people with pre diagnosed diabetes and cardiorespiratory conditions
