Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Any adult who is a newly diagnosed case of lupus nephritis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of systemic steroid usage in preceding 12 months chronic alcoholic Sickle cell disease patients with contraindications to MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)usage
