Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary unilateral osteoarthritis of knee joint

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis other than primary osteoarthritis Previous knee surgery Inflammatory and infectious arthritis Underlying coagulopathy Post traumatic arthritis Patients receiving anticoagulation therapy History of thromboembolic & cardiovascular disease
