Interventions

Intervention1: TOPICAL 2.5 % EMLA APPLICATION: GROUP A: After thorough history, and informed consent for the procedure and participation in the study, 2.5-5 g of 2.5% EMLA will be applied to the site

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I or II 2. Small Incisional or excisional biopsies (maximum 1 cm in size)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypersensitivity to amide local anaesthetics 2. ASA III or IV 3. Refusal for consent 4. Large biopsies or bone biopsies
