Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all children coming for the routine booster immunization to paediatrics department of Lok Nayak hospital at 15 to 24 months and 4 to 6 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with known immunodeficiency disorder and bleeding disorder 2.Those receiving long time steroid therapy, immunosuppressant therapy and any blood and blood products administered in last three months
