Inclusion criteria: Itching Erythema Papule/Macule Sneezing Headache Rheum of eye

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Diabetes Mellitus, Patients with Cardiac Vascular Diseases, Any skin disease other than Kabaala karappan, HIV positive, Unwilling patients for any investigation, Patients unwilling to OPD
