Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with internal derrangement of TMJ with pain, joint sounds and restricted mouth opening

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with myofascial pain dysfunction syndrome 2. immunocompromised patients 3. patients with platelet disorders or who have taken NSAIDS in past one week or those who have undergone corticosteroid injection intra articular in last two months
