Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I and II Age â?? 20 to 50 years Gender â?? both male and female BMI MMP Class â?? Class 1 & 2 Patient with chances of aspiration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Decreased inter-incisor distance ( Short thyromental distance ( Any Facial anomaly Fixed flexion deformity Patient at risk of pulmonary aspiration
