Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke Patients diagnosed with acute CVA with persistent neurological deficits Patients who are comprehending.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • A resolved transient ischemic attack (brief neurological symptoms that are judged to have completely resolved upon presentation ) • A definite clinical contraindication or indication for either the sitting up or lying flat head position .
