Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: resident of the Kashmir, 18 years of age or over, able to speak and read Kashmiri/Urdu/English, and be in relatively good health, including individuals with chronic conditions as long as the condition was stable. A targeted approach will be used to enrol participants who are socially isolated and/or economically challenged such as elderly, single mothers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are already enrolled in some lifestyle modification program
