Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I/II patients with breast cancer aged -70 years who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy within 30 days prior to surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal patient with neuromuscular disorder patient taking aminoglycoside/ tetracycline antibiotic anticipated difficult intubation patient requiring rapid sequence induction

compare effect of cistracurium in terms of ST0, PTC1,TOF1 and TOF4Timepoint: 1. disappearance of single twitch after initial bolus 2.appearance of 1st PTC and TOF after initial bolus dose and 3. appearance of fourth TOF after last top up dose

MeasureTime frame
correlate preop magnesium levels with st0,ptc1, tof 1, tof4Timepoint: Measure preoperative serum magnesium levels
