Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients of severe sepsis admitted to ICU 2. All patients above the age of 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years 2. Burns 3. Head injury 4. Patients on chemotherapy or known case of malignancy
