Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Perimenopausal women of 40-50 years who undergo endometrial sampling in view of abnormal uterine bleeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: prior known diagnosis of endometrial atypia and perimenopausal woman who are not subjected to invasive testing and biopsy and are being managed medically
