Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant woman: 1.1. Pregnant woman in first trimester 1.2. Given informed consent for participation 2. Infants in first year: 2.1. Newborn 2.2. Parent given consent for participation 3. Children in second year: 3.1. Child aged >12 months and 3.2. Parent given consent for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant woman: 1.1. Pregnant woman with major disability to follow instruction 1.2. Not registered for ANC care 1.3. Woman not planning to stay in the area till delivery 1.4. Not giving informed consent for participation 2. Infants in first year: 2.1. Major systemic malformation (respiratory/ cardiac/nervous system) 2.2. Family not planning to stay in the area for one year to complete follow up 2.3. Parent not giving informed consent for participation 3. Children in second year: 3.1. Major systemic malformation (respiratory/ cardiac/nervous system) 3.2. Family not planning to stay in the area for one year to complete follow up 3.3. Parent not giving informed consent for participation

1.Development of information and behaviour change package for child development, nutrition and health problems targeting at the first 1000 days. 2.Documentation of the experience of implementation and usage of the package and processes in pregnant women, infants and children under two years of age for a duration of 12 months in urban slum setting. 3.Documentation of experience of delivery of the package through the existing health and ICDS functionaries in urban slum setting.Timepoint: Baseline and endline
