Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with atrophic alveolar ridges in anterior regions of maxilla and/mandible. 2. Patients requiring bone augmentation of more than 6mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with co morbidities which can affect healing. 2. Smokers 3. Periodontally compromised dentition. 4. Previous history of bone augmentation in the area of interest
