Inclusion criteria: 1.Full term parturient posted for elective caesarean section. 2.Age >20 years 3.ASA I/II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hypertensive disorders 2.Cardiovascular disorders 3.Placenta Previa 4.Cerebrovascular disorders 5.Peripheral Vascular diseases 6.Contraindications to spinal anesthesia 7.Height between 148-164 cms
