Intervention1: A regular disposable syringe: Operators will give nerve blocks to the 50 patients with the normal aspiration technique in 6 months of study period Control Intervention1: AN ADAPTER DEVI

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient who recieve extraction of teeth. 2) Patient referred from other department for local anesthesia. 3) Any procedure requiring local anesthesia injection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pediatric patients 2) unwilling patient 3) unwilling operators

1)This adapter will convert any regular disposable syringe into the self - aspirating syringe.Timepoint: 6 months	—
