Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The study will be delimited to the sportspersons of Varanasi. 2. The study will be delimited male and female sportsperson of various sports group within the age group of 18 to 25 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non- Sportsperson will be excluded 2. Sportsperson below 18 yrs and above 25 yrs 3. Injured sportsperson 4. Sportsperson on any medicine 5. Sportsperson with suffering from any chronic disease.

MeasureTime frame
Muscle Strength - a. Grip Strength b. Leg Strength c. Back Strength each will be measured with dynamometer. Muscular Endurance - a. Sit Ups b. Push Ups c. Pull Ups d. Free Hand Squat Electromyography (EMG) of selected muscles will be done before & after marma chikitsa for Muscular Strength & Endurance. Mental Health of the registered sportsperson will be assessed before & after marma chikitsa with the help of Mental health inventory of Dr.Jagdish & Dr.A.K.Srivastava Timepoint: muscle strength, muscular endurance, electromyography, and assessment of mental health will be done at - 1. initiation of intervention 2. End of the intervention
