Inclusion criteria: stiff elbow with traumatic( one week post immobilisation) or Atraumatic reason, adult age group of 18 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Heterotrophic ossification, bony block around joint, elbow stiffness associated with neurological problem,
