Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonates with age less than or equal to 30 days of life with sepsis in hospital and cases with sepsis referred within 30 days of life will be included Neonates having culture sterile sepsis within or less than 30 days of life Neonatal sepsis patient diagnosed within or equal to 30 days of life with well defined outcome such as recovered/improved or expired

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonatal sepsis patient with viral or fungal infection Patient having renal failure, congenital heart disease Neonatal sepsis patient discharge against medical advice
