Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First or second pregnancy only Women with singleton pregnancy Availability of mobile phone Literate women who can read Hindi and/or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who had 2 or more pregnancies already BMI more than 30.00 Kg.m-2 (extreme obesity) High-risk pregnancy as decided by gynecologist Previous history of complicated pregnancy SBP 160 mmHg or more and/or DBP 100 mmHg or more FBG >140 mg.dL-1 Any previous history of hospitalization more than one week
