Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy females Ready to give written informed consent Age between 40 â?? 60 years With menstrual history known

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants not fulfilling any of the criteria as per ESH guidelines Pregnant females Participants with the history of diabetes, hypertension, tobacco and alcohol consumption History of active involvement in the athletics Not consenting
