Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All case with histologically proven breast carcinoma and axillary lymph nodes with short axis diameter >5.0mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cases without histopathological report. cases with bilateral breast carcinoma cases who have undergone chemotherapy/radiotherapy cases with supra clavicular lymph nodes

Findings of grey scale ultrasound, color Doppler and elastography with their cut off values will be compared with histopathological examination results as and when they arrive usually 5-7 days after operation in differentiating benign and malignant axillary lymph nodes.
