Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Written informed consent Adults with recent onset acquired nerve palsy (within 2 weeks) No strabismus surgery in past 10 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate in study Patient having non paralytic ,restrictive strabismus Cases of congenital palsy Patient presenting later than 2 weeks Patient with other systemic neurologic findings
