Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: As per MHISS category : any forearm injury, dislocation, ligament injury, wrist flexor or extensor injury, nerve injury,any digital or artery injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: associated comorbid condition like, spinal cord injuty, traumatic brain injury, psychiatric ill patient, critically ill patient, congenital anomalies
