Intervention1: GROUP1: Patients will be given 6% starch pre-loading (5ml/kg), 30 minutes before tourniquet release.The vitals will be assessed during tourniquet release.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18-65 yr ASA grade I and II Elective Total knee arthroplasty patients Under Spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery Long standing Diabetes cases or on insulin. Hypertensive patients on more than one antihypertensive drugs or on diuretics, or on beta blocker, or alfa2 agonists. Altered coagulation profile, or on antiplatelet drugs.
