Intervention1: NIL: NIL Control Intervention1: MOTOR CONTROL,EXTENSOR FORCE OF LOWER EXTREMITY,TRUNK CONTROL: Motor control to be assessed by fugl meyer scale
extensor force of LE will be assessed in hand held dynamometer and trunk control assessed by trunk impairment scale all these will be assessed in normal side following stroke patients.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hemiparesis or hemiplegia 2. Comprehension adequate to understand the command 3. Medically stable - 5 days post stroke 4. Patient who were not able to sit with minimal or moderate support using one or both hands

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known neurological and musculoskeletal disorder 2. Recurrent stroke 3. Severe visual and auditory deficits
