Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of Traumatic Brain Injury on mechanical ventilation Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Orthopaedics patients Chest injury Poly-trauma Obesity (BMI >30 kg/m2) Clinical or laboratory evidence of infection at time of ICU admission Patients undergoing abdominal surgeries Cervical trauma Hemodynamically unstable patients
