Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All histologically proven cases of middle one â?? third of esophageal carcinoma 2. Previously untreated. 3. Lesions not more than 10 cm on barium swallow and endoscopy. 4. Karnofsky Performance status (KPS) of more than 60%. 5. Age of the patients should be 30-70yrs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not willing to give consent 2. Patient who has already received radiotherapy 3. Patients with distant metastasis. 4. Age >70 years & 5. Deranged KFT (BUN or serum creatinine 2 times above the normal) 6. Deranged LFT (Bilirubin 2 times above the normal limit)
