Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes mellitus patient without microvascular complications. 2. Type 2 diabetes mellitus patient with microvascular complications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical/Laboratory evidence of liver dysfunction 2. Malignancy 3. Cerebrovascular disease / Peripheral vascular disease 4. History of coagulation disease 5. Pregnancy 6. Patients with chronic kidney dysfunction 7. Patients not giving consent
