Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Difference in the baseline (pre- surgical) systemic inflammatory markers in patients with GBM (WHO Grade IV) compared to lower-grade glioma. (WHO Grades II-III).Timepoint: Post surgery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of baseline (pre-surgical) systemic inflammatory markers and change in that state over a course of therapy (surgery and radiochemotherapy) with survival outcomes in patients with newly-diagnosed GBM.To find out optimal cut â?? off values for the systemic inflammatory indices for their use in clinical practice.Timepoint: Baseline ( Pre surgery), Immediate post surgery, Pre radio(chemo)therapy, Post completion of radio(chemo)therapy, Post completion of Adjuvant treatment.
