Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Casualty Medical Officers, duty Doctors, Head Nurse or Nursing Superintendent, Nurses in the casualty, Hospital Administrators and Medical Directors of selected hospitals are included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who are from the non-medical background other than hospital administrators and directors are excluded from the study
