Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group of 18 â??65 years of both sexes 2. ASA grade I and II 3. Weight 40-80 kg 4. patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy under routine general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.local infection at block site 2.coagulopathy 3.Morbid obesity (BMI >40) 4.Allergy to local anaesthetics 5.decrease pulmonary reserve 6.Renal dysfunction 7.Pre-existing neurological deficits 8.Psychiatric illness
