Intervention1: Myofascial release: A gross stretch will applied over the posterior aspect of the body and the stretch will be maintained to hold the tissue at its end range at least 90 to 120 seconds

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with nonspecific low back pain 2. Sub-acute, chronic 3. VAS >=4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disc herniation, radiculopathy 2. Spinal pathology (fracture or tumors) or history of any spinal surgery 3. Lumbar canal stenosis 4. Scoliosis, kyphosis, osteoporosis

1. To compare the immediate and short term effects of MFR and Mulligan SNAGS on pain using Visual Analog Scale (VAS) 2. To determine the immediate and short term improvement in lumbar range of motion using bubble inclinometer Timepoint: Pre-treatment, Immediate and 6th day post-treatment

1. To compare the immediate and short term effects of MFR and Mulligan SNAGS using Patient Specific Function Scale (PSFS) 2.To find the effects of MFR and Mulligan SNAGS on disability using Modified Oswestry Disability Index(MODI)Timepoint: Pre-treatment, Immediate and 6th day post-treatment
