Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 or 2 Under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing Allergy to Ropivacaine Compromised renal and liver function Uncontrolled DM Severe CVS or Respiratory disease Coagulation disorder BMI more than 35
