Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with basic computer knowledge, physicians, nurses and administrative staffs who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Paediatric and in-patients, physicians, nurses and administrative staff who are not willing to participate.

MeasureTime frame
This study helps the management to overcome the challenges faced by the physicians and nurses by doing a Practice Readiness Assessment (PRA). The data collected from this study will help the management to do a hardware analysis that matches the profile of the practice, also EMR implementation goals can be defined and opportunities for improvement can be identified. This study also helps to study the patientsâ?? perceptions and awareness level about EMR.Timepoint: The outcome of the study will be assessed/estimated at 12 pm, 15th April 2019.—

Hardware can be developed based on the perception studies done and hence training modules developed for physicians and nurses.Timepoint: 6 months.—
