Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the workers working in the sawmill factory.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Workers absent on the day of my visit in the factory. b)Workers who are not willing to participate. c)The supervisors and the managers in the factory are excluded.
