Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Probing pocket depth >= 6mm Relative clinical attachment loss >=3mm At least one interproximal Intrabony defect per quadrant Intrabony defect width >= 2mm Intrabony defect depth >= 4mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemically compromised patients Non- compliant patients Individuals allergic to medication Pregnant or lactating mothers Subjects who underwent periodontal surgery in the last 6 months
