Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IT Engineers and Primery School Teachers have working hours around 8 to 12 hours per day with Low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgical History of Lumber region, Accidental history of Lumber region, Fracture of Lumber vertebrae, Inter vertebral Disk prolapsed of Lumber Vertebrae, Females, Smokers and Alcoholic drinkers, TB HIV HBsAg VDRL and other infectious diseases, Anomalies related to vertebral column, Obesity, Other Engineers
