Intervention1: 1) Lakshadi Guggul 2) Dhatur taila : Lakshadi Guggulu will be given in the dose of 250mg 2 tablet twice per day with lukewarm water for 30 days. Sthanik abhyanga for 20 minutes with Dha

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients of Sandhigata Vata ageing in between 40 to 70 years. 2)Patient having involving of knee joint will be included. 3)Patients of Sandhigata Vata presenting the clinical feature highlighting in classical literature will be selected randomly irrespective of sex, caste, religion and socio-economic status. 4)Those are willing to participate and ready to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having any systemic, metabolic diseases or immunocompromised patient. 2)Patient depending upon corticosteroids. 3)Patient who are currently participating in any other clinical trial( since last 6 months) 4)Patient who is pregnant or lactating. 5)Patients with poorly controlled Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus. 6)Bed ridden Patient or confined to a wheelchair.

1) To evaluate the effect of Lakshadi Guggul along with Sthanik Abhyanga of Dhatur Tail on clinical features and Womac Scale of Sandhigata Vata. 2) To evaluate the effect of Lakshadi Guggul along with Sthanik Abhyanga of Narayan Tail on clinical features and Womac Scale of Sandhigata Vata. 3) To compare the effect of Lakshadi Guggul along with Sthanik Abhyanga of Dhatur Tail and Lakshadi Guggul along with Sthanik Abhyanga of Narayan Tail on clinical features and Womac Scale of Sandhigata Vata. Timepoint: 1)On zero day i,e. B.T. value 2)For trial Group Lakshadi Guggulu for 30 days with Dhatur Taila Snehan for 15 days and for Control Group Lakshadi Guggul for 30 days with Narayan Tail Snehan for 15 days. 3)Assessment done on 15th day. 4)Follow up and final assessment will be done on 30th day.	—
