Intervention1: home made curd: 150 ml of freshly prepared home made curd will be provided fo a period of 30 days. Control Intervention1: Control group: No curd will be given to the Control group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Case 1.School children belonging to age group of 12-13 years with informed consent willing to participate will be randomly selected. 2.Good general health (no significant medical history or drug use during the last month) For control 3.Randomly selected school children from another school with matched age , gender and other clinical parameters

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (For cases ) 1.Children with dento -facial abnormalities or developmental disorders that could affect the recordings of the study. 2.Children using any other commercially available probiotic products. 3.Children with hereditary lactose intolerance. or with a known history of allergy to milk/dairy products
