Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status 1 and 2, of either gender between 18 and 70 years of age for upper limb surgeries below mid humerus
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: morbid obesity, coagulopathy, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, peripheral vascular disease, neurological disease, known allergy to local anaesthetics
