Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with classical sign & symptoms of heamoeehoids,Goliher grade 2nd degree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of Ano-rectal malignancy,Hypertension,Uncontrolled DM,Heamorrhoids with fissure & fistula in ano ,HIV,VDRL HbsAG
