Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient posted for perineal surgery 2. ASA class 1 and 2 patient of both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spinal deformity/ coagulation disorder/thrombocytopenia/infection at site 2. Patients having local anaesthetic allergy 3. Patients receiving anticoagulant therapy
