Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers with pH of the saliva 2. Volunteers willing to do gandusha upakram 3. Volunteers of the age group 18 to 50 irrespective of sex, religion, occupation, Socio-economic status. 4. Volunteers who agreed to refrain from oral hygiene procedures for 12 hours will be included in the study. 5. Volunteers ready to give written informed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers with pH of the saliva >7 2. Volunteers donâ??t willing to do gandusha upakram 3. Patients on antibiotic or antimicrobial treatments 4. Patients with chronic oral diseases like oral cancer etc. 5. Pregnant Women
