Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with unilateral, primary adhesive Capsulitis (Stage II and III) by orthopedic surgeon Restriction of all AROM & PROM with at least 50% reduction in external rotation motion. Asymptomatic unaffected shoulder. Subjects with mild to moderate pain Passive ROM of shoulder abduction at least 70 degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of Infection, major trauma, tumor, previous surgery or deformity of shoulder and spine If diagnosed with any neurological, orthopedic and related to upper limb and cervical spine. If patient is diagnosed with systemic disorder (uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension) & cognitive impairment If patient is involved in any kind of strength or endurance training Subjects contraindicated for manual therapy Known Pregnancy or lactating women BMI >30
