Intervention1: Subarachnoid block: Subarachnoid block will be given in sitting position in L3-L4 intervertebral space sand block characteristics and hemodynamic variables will be recorded. Control I

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I and II patients between 18-65 years of age and height between 150-180 cm undergoing lower limb orthopaedic surgeries will be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Contraindication to subarachnoid block. 2) Known hypersensitivity to any of the drugs used in the study. 3) Obesity with BMI > 30 kg/m2
