Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definite unilateral Meniereâ??s disease Refractory to medical therapy for at least six months Average PTA of less than or equal to 50 dB in the affected ear No retrocochlear disease/ CNS disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other otological diagnosis also present Previous intratympanic injections Allergy to Gentamicin Not able to come for follow up
