Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults ASA grade 1 to 3 Patients posted for elective as well emergency operative procedures under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cervical fracture Coagulopathy Infection at local site

MeasureTime frame
The primary aim of this study is successful catheterization of the brachiocephalic vein in the first attempt and the catheterization time.Timepoint: At the end of catherization.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondarily, the length of catheter inserted, any multiple attempts, insertion failure, procedural difficulties and complications will be noted.Timepoint: 1 year
